✅ Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or wrong item.
  • You inform us within 5 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.

📌 Note: Personal hygiene products, innerwear, customized items, and perishable goods are non-returnable unless damaged.

  2. Review & Pickup
    Our team will verify the issue and schedule a reverse pickup (if applicable).
  3. Refund or Replacement
    • Prepaid Orders: Refund processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
    • COD Orders: Refund via UPI or bank transfer.

🔄 Replacement Policy

If the item is defective or wrong, we’ll send a free replacement after verifying your claim. No extra charges.

🚫 Return Rejection Conditions

We may reject return requests if:

  • The product is used or damaged by the customer.
  • Return request is made after 5 days of delivery.
  • Product doesn't match our returnable category.
